MI-SBDC (Michigan Small Business Development Center for the Upper Peninsula) offers help with business plans, legal issues, finance, market research, patent applications, and more. Michigan Works! Escanaba Service Center serves the county for job seekers but especially for employers.  Post your job openings, use them to take applications, prescreen candidates, test employees, assist writing job descriptions, and much more. Bays de Noc Convention and Visitors Bureau is a private non-profit membership organization consisting of lodging properties in Delta County with ten rooms or more. Its mission is to promote Delta County tourism events that will result in overnight stays. They work on marketing, and bringing in/conducting events, conferences, or conventions. Delta County Builder’s Exchange membership is open to Chamber members in building or related trades. Three of the most important benefits of membership are the weekly newsletter which lists all area projects, discounts on copying, and access to plans for projects currently soliciting bids.
