Experience concerts, quartets, and plays, and other shows in Bay College's beautiful Besse Theater. Take time to visit a smaller gallery that features local and U.P. artists. Watch city schedules for free music in Ludington Park, summer music and art festivals, and weekly city band performances. 

Family Fun

Visit one of many free parks, playgrounds, or beaches for the day. Catch a showing of a box-office hit at the local movie theater or watch for free movie showings in the park. Become members at the Northern Lights YMCA for access to pool, gymnasium, and fitness facilities. Take your best shot at mini-golf and games in the UPutt Family Fun Center. Enjoy parades, festivals, and other events with opportunities for youth.

Trails & Recreation

There is no shortage of pristine natural beauty in Delta County to take advantage of. Give one of the many disc golf courses a try. Bike along the Little Bay de Noc Trail that connects Gladstone and Escanaba to enjoy a spectacular view. Traverse the 9-mile Days River Trail (or others) by foot, bike, and cross-country skis. Explore the shores of Lake Michigan by renting a jet ski, stand-up paddle board, or kayak from MISH Watersports
